Scout Aid Pro is a product of Southern Scout, built and operated by TNW Limited, a company registered in New Zealand. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to TNW Limited.

Scout Aid Pro is a match capture and AI-assisted scouting report tool. We provide software that helps users record match events and generate scouting reports using artificial intelligence.

Your use of the service

By using Scout Aid Pro you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Payments

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, TNW Limited's total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and security. Resend — transactional email delivery. Anthropic — AI processing for scouting report generation. Stripe — payment processing (when applicable).

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare's infrastructure. We take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights
